Crystal Heffron

Crystal has close to 20 years of experience working in the mental health sector. Beginning her career as a Support Worker in 2008, she developed a strong foundation in person-centred support before progressing into service coordination roles and later discovering a passion for quality improvement.

Since joining the MIFA team in late 2021, Crystal has worked in partnership with the Finding North team and the Lived Experience Advisory Group to support the ongoing development and growth of the Finding North website. She also serves as Project Director for Finding North’s national initiatives.

Crystal is a strong advocate for the value of lived experience and believes that by learning from the experiences of others, we can create meaningful change and improve outcomes for future generations.
