Michael manages and supports Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and the organisation’s device systems, ensuring staff have the tools they need to work effectively and securely. With a career in the not-for-profit sector, he is driven by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that makes a difference in people’s lives. Being part of MIFA is more than maintaining systems — he supports a mission that enables advocacy, service delivery, and positive change.

He also films and edits video content for MIFA’s social media and communications, helping share stories and engage the community.

Michael enjoys using technology to empower people, streamline processes, and help teams focus on what matters most: improving mental health, breaking down discrimination, and creating hope.
