Erin Bourne

Erin Bourne GAICD, MBA is an experienced Board Chair and Non-Executive Director with expertise across strategy, reputation and stakeholder management.

Her executive career spans corporate affairs, marketing, communications and ESG across complex operating environments including Alcoa, Chevron Australia and News Limited, complemented by more recent consulting through Collage & Co to clients including South32, Woodside Energy, Wesfarmers Chemicals and UNSW.

Erin is the Chair of MIFWA – supporting mental wellness and recovery – and has directed revenue growth, led structural governance reform and embedded ESG practice in her tenure. Her board work is driven by a genuine commitment to organisations that support people most in need, and a conviction that good governance is what makes mission delivery sustainable.

Based in Sydney, Erin balances a busy professional life with travel, good food and keeping fit.
