We want to hear from all mental health carers
The National Mental Health Consumer and Carer Forum (NMHCCF) working with Monash University seek participants to understand Family experiences supporting people with #mentalhealth challenges during COVID-19 in Australia through a survey.
This co-designed research project aims to understand your experiences – especially in relation to the impact of COVID-19 on your caring responsibilities, unmet needs, and levels of distress.
The survey is available online, and will take around 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
All #mentalhealthcarers are welcome including those from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, diverse cultural backgrounds, LGBTIQA+ community, young and aging carers, and diverse locations such as rural and regional areas.
The research will be used to inform a report to the National Mental Health Commission and policy advice to governments, non-government organisations, and peak bodies and further future projects relating to the health of mental health family carers.
