Research on Peer Contact and Mental Health Stigma

Dr Rachel Maunder, a lecturer at the Australian College of Applied Professions (ACAP), is conducting a study examining the impact of interactions between people with mental health conditions on self-stigma.

If you are over the age of 18, live in Australia, are proficient in English, and have current lived experience of a mental health condition, you are eligible to participate.

By clicking the link below, you can begin the first of three surveys to be completed two weeks apart. In these surveys, you will need to answer some questions about yourself, your mental health symptoms, your interactions with other people with mental health conditions, and your self-stigma.

There are 30 questions in the first survey and it is estimated that it will take 15 minutes to complete. Participants will have the opportunity to enter a gift voucher draw.
